Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds:
Must be made in writing to The Inside Route

Fees (per person):

More than 60 days before departure $250
Between 46-60 days 50% of selling price
Between 30-45 days 65% of selling price
Less than 30 days no refund

Refunds are calculated from the day we receive written notice. In the event a cancelled trip is rescheduled, the cancellation fees are waived with the exception of a $250 per person administrative fee and/or any additional expenses that may be incurred. No refund is due for any unused portions of the tour program. We recommend cancellation insurance and can provide you with additional information.

We accept personal checks, bank draft or the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard or Visa

Information Packet:
Three months prior to your departure date, we will send you an Information packet which includes:

Medical and health information
Travel tips
Suggested reading list
General information about the destination you will be visiting

Reservations:
Early reservations are strongly recommended since our tours are often limited from 10 to 15 people per trip.

To reserve your space on a specific tour we must receive the following:

• Completed reservation form
• $500.00 USD deposit per person
• Signed Travelers Agreement

Payment:
Final payment is due 60 days before trip departure. Upon receiving your deposit, we will send you:

• Letter of confirmation
• Trip cancellation insurance info
• Medical insurance application

Tour Cost Includes:
Most tour programs are all-inclusive land packages that include accommodations, in-country flights, entrance fees, meals as indicated in the itinerary, emergency medical evacuation/repatriation insurance, and local English-speaking guide. The tour does not include alcoholic beverages, visas, international departure tax, a tip for our English speaking guide, laundry and shopping.

Special notes:
While every effort will be made not to increase the cost of the tours, pricing is subject to change based on, but not limited to, airfare price adjustment, international currency fluctuation and increases in costs of overseas services.

Travel Documents Required:

Valid passport up to at least 6 months beyond your travel date.
For US Citizens, a tourist visa is required for entry into Myanmar.

Visa Country Application Forms will be provided by our tour operator, Global Spectrum, and will be provided though the U.S. Embassy in Washington.

Vaccinations Required to Southeast Asia:
No vaccinations are officially required.
Please refer to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) web site: http://www.cdc.gov for current information on recommended, not required, vaccinations.
